How to Make a Green Smoothie : Eco Child’s Play

Thank you this great article. I am a big believer in Green smoothies. If all children started eating their greens this way they would fall in love with them. My personal favorite recipe is as follows.
2 apples (cored)
2 oranges (peeled)
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 handful of fresh kale
1/2 teaspoon ginger
add water or pure juice to bring to a perfect consistency
Juice all, poor and drink! Sooo yummy and unbelievably good for you. I’m convinced my green smoothies are the reason I rarely get sick.

Wonderful recipe! I love adding ginger to my green smoothies, too. And, I love that more and more kids are drinking.
